The Peer to Program is a group of influential eyecare professional in the U.S., Canada and around the globe. Known as Transitions® Change Agents the group push the limits of patient care and the vision industry.
The Transitions® Change Agents excel in their workplace and actively network with their peers and their patients, sharing knowledge and expertise in eye health, innovation and technology in optical, and style.
Attend annual kick-off program at Transitions® Academy in Orlando, FL.
Meet fellow Transitions® Change Agents.
Participate as a speaker, panelist, facilitator (or other assigned role) in professional development and product technology workshops at Transitions® Academy.
Post and engage in peer content on social media regularly.
Participate in a Transitions-hosted virtual event.
Attend an in-person focus group meeting about Transitions’ and Essilor products.
Participate in other Transitions-sponsored opportunities like speaking engagements, writing an opinion piece or article, or attending other planning or strategy sessions.
